we recently moved to webintellects because we heard so many good things about them. I have to tell you, their customer support is pretty good. Calls are answered promptly during business hours, e-mails are responded to within a half hour. But here is the real issue:
Our website went down consistently or was really slow. Using control panel would crash the website. Called up support and they said that there was a problem with some software and it would take a week to fix. Very unimpressed. This is business and each day website is down, we loose business.
Very Unhappy Customer !!
