If you host here pray you do not have a problem. Staff is rude and unhelpful, often providing curt replies and dismissing your service tickets.
Whoever is saying there is no downtime must not be awake. My main business email account + many of my clients accounts were down for the past week and a half with no answers or solutions. AND IT'S STILL NOT FIXED! This has NEVER happened with any other company and is frankly unacceptable.
I have lost an average of $1000 a month in my own time dealing with their support staff and trying to get around their problems.
Latest issue involves a change to my account that I did not ask for that will now cost me more $$ each month.
There is never an apology, never an offer to discount services...nothing. Just side attitudes and constantly "iffy" services.
