I paid for an account. The site was offering a years service for 6 dollars plus a 10 dollar setup fee. When I signed up he wanted 26 dollars for a domain which I did not need. There was no mention of a domain requirement on the site. We settled on 21 dollars - a five dollar fee for not buying a donmain.I was able to upload a few files over the next few hours, then the site went down and has not come back up. His site has vanished. He won't answer my email. I believe he has taken my money and vanished. I had to find another host.
