to this review here Poor customer service. Lengthy wait times. They don't actually read your email complaints... it appears as though a computer reads them and auto-responds. Some "features" (like Banner Builder) don't work as advertised. Getting your credit card info over to Payment processing is slow, if it works at all, and not guaranteed. "Oh well" attitude if the info is not transferred properly. Site building tools are crude and buggy. Being advertised through Costco, this is a disappointment. Leave a comment >> |
