I've been spending my day writing good reviews for these guys because I'm so damned pleased with the way I've been treated. Living in a big city, I'm not used to people actually being helpful and it's an unexpected pleasure to find helpful people in the business world. Not only did they give me a welcome call when I signed up, but they assisted me on the phone to get me started in minutes. I only gave them a 9 for the price category because I'm a cheapskate (seriously), but it's as low and reasonable of a rate as most others. With around the clock support from people interested in helping me out, I'm willing to pay a few dollars extra rather than deal with the folks from the big wig companies who seem to get better and better at dodging my pleas for guidance.
