They didn't cancel our plan when we asked, upped our charges to $200 per month (from about 20) without telling us, their payment site appears dodgy, they refuse to answer emails most of the time about how we could pay them without entering bank details into their unsecure site, they refuse to cancel our account until we pay them this.
