First,

The prices and services shown on this website are very out-of-date. Currently they offer 3 gigs of disc space, but I only get 140 gigs for the same money that new customers get(I pay 10.75/month). This is their way of rewarding loyal customers. They promised to upgrade me 6 months ago, but are still dragging their feet. In the meantime I'm still waiting for my upgrade, kicking myself in the butt for not dropping them many years ago.
