to this review here I just signed up for startlogic and cancelled after only one week.
I signed up because they seemed to have the cheapest prices, but after dealing with them, it's not worth the hassle!
Their vdeck control panel is impossible to use! you need to be an advanced computer geek to figure it out.
Their technical support and customer support are just AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.
In short, pay the extra $2 a month and go somewhere else.

I agree. They say they automatically renew so that you won't have downtime, but I'm having down time right now because they say my account expired---it's been a WEEK after THEY automatically withdrew the payment!!!!
