to this review here Simplicato's SPAM filtering was working adequately for staff until a few months ago when they rolled out their new SPAM filtering technology. I immediately had to turn off filtering of their messages because everything was getting picked up. My extensive whitelist was being ignored and even inter-domain traffic was getting picked up! Calls to tech support were basically "we're working on it". Still today, the filter is overly aggressive and the fact that it takes at least an overnight for new whitelisted entries to get picked up is totally unacceptable.
In general, however, they're very good with service and reliability. I just wish they'd improve their SPAM filter so there aren't so many false positives.
