to this review here their site is getting hacked and can not access my own site or to contact them to put tickets in. how does a hosting company get hacked and not repaired right way?

Yes, but they managed to bill me without a problem! All their links for support or contact no longer work. The phone rings for a dozen times and then takes a message. We managed to correct our site on their server; it had perl scripts which hacked into the mysql database, changed passwords, etc. ServerPro is oblivious.
