I have been with them for several years. They usually man well but...
Their email is ALWAYS having problems. I used to forward to comcast but you-site is always getting blocked because of suspected spam.
I switched to pop email and within one week they went down three times.
I send emails that go no where without an error message. Very frustrating.

I stuck with your-site even though they had some unusually long downtimes in the last 6 months because the customer service has been and continues to be excellent. Whatever rough patch they were going through, they seem to have passed it, and the uptime I had become used to with your-site is back

I signed up with Your-Site.Com because of its unbeatable combination of features and price. What I didn't expect was the impeccable support and unsurpassed reliability! There are hosting services that charge 5-10 times what Your-Site.Com does for half the performance (or even worse). There are few companies in any field that I endorse so wholeheartedly

I run my site with YourSite and its all great, I do not use the service though so do not want to rank on that. I was not disappointed so I don't see why anyone else should be either

The price is right, but the frequent crashes are VERY annoying. Basic plan not recommended for blogs or e-commerce. Also, the mail servers are exceptionally slow. Maybe it's worth shelling out the extra 20 bux a year for better service
