I am still with DWHS but not because I want to be. I paid for a year of their service up front. I've moved all of my good sites away from them though. I started using them in 2006 and they were pretty good back then. But they've moved most or all of their customer support to India. I can never call them anymore. When I have problems, they dont research what to do but rather give me the fastest possible response. I have to dig up the info for them. I am not tech support, they should figure it out.
One time my website was down and I told them about it. They take a day to respond (they in India). They say "it works for me" and close the support ticket. The website was still down. Then I asked them to reboot the server. One day later they say "you are in a shared server, we cannot do that".. So it takes them 3 days before they fix the problem!! My god three days of down time is like thousands of dollars. This is pathetic.
