Getting worst by the day

We were reasonably happy with Webintellects service and technical support when we moved our sites to them and for the first year most services were efficient and their technical support was fast and accurate. However things got a lot worst over the past 1 year or so and impossible over the past few months. Downtime lasted over 20 consecutive hours, then coming live for a couple of hours followed by more serious downtime. Technical support was fast responding but all they could say was "we are fixing it and will come back to you" or "we apologise for the inconvenience" but nothing worked. we couldn't work like this as it was a constant question mark on how long our sites would be live or not! Finally when we were in the process of migrating our sites to another host, Webintellects had on more serious 8 hour breakdown, meaning no access to our sites. It was such a great relief to move out and see our sites once again up and running under another web host.
