WebIntellects Web hosting Plan used:
have been using Webintellects for approximately 7 months now and have been completely satisfied. I will mention that my site and email does not get a lot of traffic, but in that 7 months I have only had one problem. That problem, I believe, was something that was my fault, but I sent an email to their support department. Within a very short amount of time I had a PERSONAL response that the issue had been resolved. I got no automated email with tips on troubleshooting the problem, but someone actually looked at my issue, solved it, and got back to me in a a few hours (I sent the email at 9AM EST and had the issue resolved email at 12:30PM EST). Considering they open at 8:AM PST, that means they got to my issue and resolved it within one hour of opening for the day. If their phone support is anything like their email (I have spent days trying to get issues resolved with bigger companies such as Dell), I suspect I could have had a fix much quicker.

To top this all off, I replied to their email asking if I had done something wrong or what happened, and in the same amount of time, had another PERSONAL response from a friendly technician.

In my opinion, what makes a company great is not always the products. If I get great support, I become a loyal customer, and I have with WebIntellects. I have just convinced my employer to switch from their current provider (no names, but it took 6 people and 2 hours to even find the right person to talk to, much less address the problem) to WebIntellects.

As for the actual product, I find all the admin consoles easy to use, quick and never had any problems. Their hosting has never had problems and email has never been down. The account setup was free (I should have mentioned that, I am using the Linux Platinum package) and very easy as well as quick.

At this time I can not say enough good things about WebIntellects, and honestly do not have a single con for them.
