I have quite big customer database and we are working on the web application development. That is a custom orders from the people for the private projects (php). I have been using webintellects.com.com for several months and I suggested that host for the customers of us. So far I haven’t heard any bad word from them. I and they find webintellects.com.com reliable web hosting provider. If my customers are happy that makes happy me as well. Thanks webintellects.com.

Honest host

Half a year ago I was in need for the web hosting account but I wanted free one. And I have signed up with webintellects.com and had no idea if they were free or paid. And I was asked to pay for the service and I did (I though that was needed as one time payment). In few days I understand that I have missed web hosts and ask them for the refund. They sent it immediately and that impressed me. How honest they were! So when I was in need for the shared and paid account I decided to give that honest host a try. Now I have been using them for 2 month and I haven’t had any single problem with them.

The main problem I had with webintellects.com was my web hosting knowledge. I was absolutely newbie for the web hosting world and I had some difficulties in understanding what FTP was (yeap I was absolutely new). And the guys from webintellects.com did their job perfect. In polite way they explain all thing for me so I found them not difficult and were anle to manage account myself!. I have done some mistakes during the month and asked for the help. I got that in time. During about 2 months I have my web site loaded with no down time. I hope they will keep doing good service

Was bad, getting worse

Since 2005 and until very recently there was a lot of downtime, so, our company mail was down for at least an hour every day.
Their support was always a little help, but lately became a disaster - we merely could not make them do their job. 24/7/365 is a lie - they don't pick up the phone and don't answer tickets at non-office-hours.
Finally, they "accidentally" removed our site with all the data and accounts. We cannot get it back, yet.

Just for the record:

1) The client bought a VPS. He has his own personal email server, not shared with anyone. If a client only wants to pay for a basic level VPS and try to host too many sites, then the client will cause their own issues on their VPS. This is the case here. The fix was to pay for more RAM so his mail server would stop working when he hit his allotted limits. We can only lead a horse to water.....

2) We have always had true, manned 24/7/365 support - via online ticketing or live chat. Phones have never been 24/7 so maybe that is why you could not get through.

3) As we stated in the ticket to Vitaly about the data, WebIntellects does not randomly remove client data. However a client that hits "delete" can "accidentally" remove their data and need us to restore it for them from our backups.

Used to be great, now it's terrible

Even up to a year ago, I was reasonably satisfied with Webintellects. But something happened over the past year and their performance and support are just terrible. I have not been able to send email for several months -- they just claim someone must be blocking ports (but I'm coming from a Univ which doesn't block anything, not even Napster). There are frequent spotty-response/termporary-outages that happen on both webserver and email. Tech support always asks me for username and passwords to be sent via email.

There has GOT to be a better webhost out there!!

The main reason for needing my host is for email. As a lawyer I depend on my email. WebIntellects has not let me down. They came highly recommended from a friend that loves them. I have no problem recommending them for hosting.

Getting worst by the day

We were reasonably happy with Webintellects service and technical support when we moved our sites to them and for the first year most services were efficient and their technical support was fast and accurate. However things got a lot worst over the past 1 year or so and impossible over the past few months. Downtime lasted over 20 consecutive hours, then coming live for a couple of hours followed by more serious downtime. Technical support was fast responding but all they could say was "we are fixing it and will come back to you" or "we apologise for the inconvenience" but nothing worked. we couldn't work like this as it was a constant question mark on how long our sites would be live or not! Finally when we were in the process of migrating our sites to another host, Webintellects had on more serious 8 hour breakdown, meaning no access to our sites. It was such a great relief to move out and see our sites once again up and running under another web host.

There are better options

Over the past few years, Webintellects has dropped significantly in performance and responsiveness of their servers. I routinely get time-outs on my email connections, and webpages load extremely slowly. Customer service is prompt but not what it used to be (asking for top-level passwords over email?? you should know better). They simply aren't competitive anymore, I'm looking to move my sites elsewhere.

The best - Year after year!

From time to time I do research on my host online. Today I found this review site and thought I would post. I have nothing to say but great things. Their VPS plan is awesome. I get something that is like my own server and they manage it. Plus we have yet to be down that I know of in the 4 years or so we have been with them. The guy who said he had a 4 day outage obviously was never a customer. I laughed when I read that. I have never had to wait more the an hour to get things fixed and I have support logs to show this. Maybe a child who was made about something they did posted that.

I do a a lot of business online and my email is a MUST. They do not let me down. Highly recommended.
