Lost all my data

Uptime wasn't too much of an issue - I wound up missing a few hours here and there around every couple of months or so.
However, recently, the server hosting my site crashed. This brought my site down for a few days. When the server finally came back up, it turns out that they had lost all of my data as well as any backups they may have had.
Canceled service - do NOT recommend
