I wanted to follow up with my previous glowing review. That review was when Webdomains4u.com was still its own entity. It's since been acquired by gnsPlanet LLC and since the change of management things have gone downhill fast.
Reliability is pretty poor as of late -- there are constant outages. This site reports that it generally has an up-time of 99% but you'd think they'd at least have some backup servers somewhere.
The new interface for managing billing is, quite frankly, terrible. It's hard to use and half the time doesn't even work. Response times to questions and inquiries is in excess of 72 hours and the knowledgebase (if you can call it that) is sparse at best.
Their pricing plans haven't changed at all to be competitive. It's exactly the same was it was years ago.
All in all I'd say Webdomains4u is at best average. Customer service is virtually non-existant and the management console is woefully inadequate. I can't wait to switch to a better, cheaper host.

Webdomains4u.com SUCK. They billed me for a non existing account. I don't even have a domain name. They have not called or emailed me back. I am making a complaint to the Jacksonville FL dept of consumer affairs and the better business bureau!

I've been using WebDomains4u for about 4 years now. I had other sites on other servers outside of WebDomains4u and I have to tell you...WebDomains4U rocks! The servers are top notch Dell and the connections are FAST.

Despite the troubles with the recent hurricanes and other weather phenomena, WebDomains4U has been an absolutely reliable and wonderful web-hosting service. Not to mention, their prices and tools are great. However, WebDomains4U.Com is not for the faint of heart when it comes to intuitiveness in interfaces. Uploading files to your webspace could be a potential nightmare if you are unsure of where to go and what to do. The knowledgebase, however, is populated with an increasing number of extremely simple yet helpful articles. So if you\'re not completely technologically impaired and you\'re willing to do a little bit of reading and some learning on the side, WebDomains4U is the right place!
