I can't speak for any other reviews here, but my experiences with WebBurner have actually been quite good. Excellent value-for-money webhosting that provides a wide array of features for a good price. Their tech support is quite good for the price, with most issues being resolved within 10 minutes - 4 hours - I'm based in Australia, so the majority of my contact with tech support is done when it's 2am in the morning in America.
The ASP components are great, the control panel gives you an extensive amount of control over things, and there's a wide array of other features. I have had one or two teething issues with them, such as component set-ups, but these have all been resolved quickly, and are of the nature I expect when first migrating a site over to a new webhost.
Uptime is quite good - perhaps a total of 2 hours per month of downtime, if that.
In all, highly recommended. If you need super-reliability and crazy support, then you can shell out for RackSpace - but for this price, the service that WebBurner provides is excellent.
Trust me, I know, I've had fun encounters with both M6.net and HostDepartment.com prior to this ;-)
