I have two accounts with WebSiteSource and maintain four sites. Ranges of services is excellent. Value is good. But, their shared hosting service which I moved to in order to save some $$ does not have good reliability. And, they don't provide uptime monitoring. I'm generally notifying them when my users report problems with availability and with email. Communication with users and webmasters is poor. They've made utility and control panel changes without notice some of which I really like but would have liked more information about sooner. Still with them but looking.
