Appalling service and support

Took 2 phone calls, 1 email, and 2 weeks wait time to get an answer back on a very simple question - and the answer was "we can't help you".
FTP connections constantly broken. When they moved servers, they didnt' move files so the whole site broke.
One of the worst services I've ever had to work with (my client uses them so I was stuck working with them). I lost money because of all the time spent messing around with their horrible support and bad service.
