Terrible, Unacceptable Support

The support is horrible, unacceptable. One to two hours for support hold time tonight. The customer service stops at 3 PM PST, sales at 5 PM PST. Their support site directs me to a webpage and tells me to select something that does not exist, (maybe this is why they are flooded with customer support). I have started my search for a new site after many years here.
