http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/myaccount/freehosting worked for me. I could ftp all the webpages that I wrote on my own computer, but I could NOT upload a text file into the database. Because I couldn't import the data, I had to enter it record by record. Since I was only trying to see how MySQL and PHP work, this service was good enough for me to try and learn. That's about all I expected to get for free anyway
