I had a PHP email script that worked fine for over a year, then one day it just stopped working--everything appeared fine, but no email was generated. I contacted the help desk and after 3 different reps asked me about the same question, their answer was basically, "yes you have a problem, and we don't fix problems."
Here is the actual last response. Can you help me understand what she is trying to communicate?

Hence it looks like the issue with the scripts uploaded by you. Hence we suggest you to contact your webmaster regarding the issue since we do not provide assistance regarding the script issue on our hosting platform.
