Two years ago they were great, prompt service, knowledgeable staff, generally awesome. I don't know if it is because of the transition to the new platform or if they have outsourced everything, but it is awful. Expect to wait a mimimum of one hour on hold for phone support. Expect your emails to go unanswered. Expect no one to ever answer their live onliune chat support. I had it open for three hours on one occaision with no response.
