They told me I had to become a member to receive discounts on the transfers of my other domains. I became a member, they didn't discount the prices as promised and couldn't provide the same service I could get elsewhere for cheaper and after several days of going back and forth with their service rep, I requested a refund. They said they would refund my money and after almost 3 weeks of calling and emailing every few days, they have yet to refund my account. BUYER BEWARE!
