I have been with server pronto for some time. The only, an very serious problem with them is that they keep charging your CC no matter if you cancel the account of not.
When we first signed up we were accused of using the server to send spam, and it wasn't true, the spam mail was coming from another server withing their company, but not ours. Nevertheless they charged $250 on the CC that were later refunded after a lot of talk and complaining.
When we canceled the account, they kept charging our cc, and putting forward a series of excuses, and changing the Terms and Conditions. First it had to be in writing, sent them the letter, then they didn't received the letter, sent them a fax, then they couldn't find the fax. I got my CC company involved, they requested no a completed form, form was sent. Then they said the it was incomplete and that they need a "photocopy of the CC and of a photo ID of the CC holder".
This is obviously a CC fraud set up. I do not live in Florida, and I do not know much about Florida law, but this must be illegal there as it is in most of the civilized world.
Most of the reviews you see on line about serverpronto, are either paid advertising that would not allow the public to contribute, or they have been written by themselves. If they have such a big issue with someone canceling an account it can only be because the business is going very bad for Infolink, parent company of Serverpronto. And that can not be due to client satisfaction.
As a rule of thumb, no one should sign up for a service that do not accept payment by something like paypal that allows the client to cancel subscription payment on line, no questions asked. They charge monthly in advance, so if no further payments are made they can cancel the service, so, what is the problem?
