There is no phone tech support to speak of. Every time I called, it goes to voicemail. Email periodically craps out, and then it takes multiple online tickets to get it working. Right now, it is still down after four tickets! We would get a load of emails after each ticket, and then it is down again. Did I mention that we have a business web site and email with them, so uptime is critical? They would bill you multiple times throughout a year if you have multiple domains hosted there, even though we pre-pay for the year each time. Yes, you get a lot of features for the price, but it was much better value when it was $1/month before cooplabs entered the picture, and now the price is five-fold, but you get the same product. I'm frustrated with the service and will look for alternatives, even though we just paid another $60 for a year a month or so ago.
