Ok, I signed up for resellerzoom based on the prices, some reviews I read and I liked their website.
I cancelled my hosting with resellerzoom based on the continual downtime, unable to get through to online support when my site went down, their inability to ask a direct question etc.
If my site went down I would ask why, and would never receive a direct response. From my experience they dont value their customers and probably assume that when you have paid for hosting SSL etc you are not going to move. POOR SERVICE DESERVES ACTION. which is why i no longer am with them
I was with them for about 5 months, and soon after getting an account I signed up for a free account with a hosting monitor... i got fed up of receiving emails to say my accout was down !!! I continually asked why it was going down and only ever got the 'try it now, get back to us if you require further assistance'
To prove their complete lack of understanding of customer service here is the body of the cancellation email:
"This is confirmation that this account has been cancelled."
No apologies ( I put the reason for cancelling in the email I sent to cancel), i feel it is easier for then to not spend any more time on people who are going to leave but spend the time of trying to suck new people in.
I have hosted with 5 different companies and they are the WORST FOR UPTIME & WORST FOR SERVICE...now let me see what are two of the most inportant things you look for from a host...uptime and service !!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY> I lost about U$D 50 on SSL's and having duplicate hosting while transfering my account across and testing it....
