After Years with ReadyHosting, can't wait to switch!!

I have been with ReadyHosting "forever." Service has hit rock bottom (slow, not helpful), and even the tech support person told me that ReadyHosting is the OPPOSITE of WordPress recommended systems and settings, so since I use WP I should switch. This, even though Readyhosting offers WordPress as a program that can be added right from the Control Panel. Makes no sense.
My optimized yet slow to respond server is about to speed up and I can't wait!
