As with anything in life you get what you pay for. Shared hosting is horrible. Our website has been down 3 times this past week, because of out of control scripts. Outage lasted 1-3 hours each time. Unbelievable! If you want business to your online store, do not use this web host.

I am familiar with this customer. Ironically enough some of the script problems came from *his* scripts. Jemery is still a QWK.net customer. If we were truly as "horible" as he states then I am sure that he would have moved his service to a different provider. I have worked with Jeremy to work through the issues with his website and with others on the shared hosting server.
Please let me know if you have any other questions concerning this issue.
They do not pay who they hire

He have me a bad check for work done for him/his customers.

This is not true. As you know there are 2 sides to every story. Doug Royer was paid for all successful services rendered. He was never a "customer" only contract labor of which he violated his contract when he committed 2 felony crimes against my customers. He is currently under investigation for these crimes against my customers. No check was bounced. Check was issued of which legal stop pay was issued because of his violation of contract agreement.

I've been using QWK.net for about 3 months now and have been very happy with their service. Support is very good and they really seem to know what they are doing.
The only drawback (although I don't really consider it a problem) is that they don't really have much in the way of a web based control panel. You can add e-mail addresses and view account info, but that's about it.
I understand that they are reviewing a web based control panel, but I don't know which one or when they would implement it
