Used the services of PowWeb for: 1 year - 3 years
Date when last hosted by PowWeb (as of Aug 13, 2006): Current customer
PowWeb Web hosting Plan used: 7.77
Stay away from Powweb, they have really let customer service go out the door.
Expect (consistently 1/2 waits) to reach them.
They made changes to catch-all email forwarding - when calling them on it, (because they never informed me of the change) they blamed me.

bottom line - stay away!!!
