After being with Pandela for less than 2 weeks we found they could not support sending emails to lists greater than 49 addresses. When we questioned the failure of the email they couldn't figure out the problem. We figured out the address limitation, told them and they still couldn't figure out how to allow us to send to more then 49 addresses in a single list. After several attempts without response to get them to fix the problem we used our "get out of jail free card" and cancelled the account. At which time we found we could not have our domain name without paying them $20. This is not noted anywhere in their website, SLA or Legal documentation. Be careful signing up with this group they do not provide good customer service and I would consider charging me for something that they didn't have until I asked to set it up (which they did for free as long as I was a customer) extortion and fraud.

Pandela advertised a free basic hosting to try their service and hosting. I figured I would give it a try as I wanted to make a mockup of the website before going live with it. I setup a small basic perl script for classified ads and was working on the html pages and style. I haven't even put any ads up online or started with the site live. It was up for about a week and Pandela closed the site down. Their reason for closing it, was that it was using too much bandwidth from their servers and they said that I could switch to their paid hosting.
I had also lost all my "weeks" work as I couldn't recover it from the server. This FREE hosting offer they have is a typical bait and switch scam. What a total waste of time using Pandela. I guess it just shows that nothing is for free and free offers wind up costing more.

They are so nice to talk too, and they take time and listen to me. I'm a noob to the website hosting field and they have helped me allot.
