I've been with Pair since 1997, when support was by email only. They have come a long way since then.
Down time in 11 years has been maybe 1/2 hour total between the 2 accounts that I have with them.
Support has always been very good, issues have been resolved quickly and over and above my expectations.
They are a little pricey compared to others, but highly recommended. You get what you pay for.
