Page-Zone Has really Went Dow Hill

I used page-zone for about 8 years. About 2 years ago I opened a reseller account. The Customer service is now nonexistent. My clients and I have had so many problems from billing to connectivity and it is impossible to contact them or even get a response to a ticket. I am with GreenGeeks now and couldn’t be happier.
I would recommend that all stay far far away from page-zone.

I used to love page-zone. We have been customers for years.
But so far now I get zero response. I have been unable to cancel despite many requests to do so.
They kept sucking money out of my account. Finally I cancelled the card they were billing. Now they keep sending me invoices via email stating I owe them money.
Still no response. Sent snail-mail request.
Phone does not answer.
Something is WRONG.

I was a customer for about a decade, and things were great, but I never had a need to contact support. Then the server got hacked twice in four days, which took down every site on the server. And rather than fix things, they simply cut off all of the affected customers - no logins, no access to content, nothing. And they simultaneously stopped communicating with the customers. No answers to phone calls (full message box), no email response, no forum response, zip. So I found myself with no access to any of my content or persona email, no ability to retrieve it, and no communication whatsoever.
Simply put, they can't be trusted with your content, not if your content has any value to you.

I've been with the big guys (Verio, Dreamhost), but sometimes the smaller companies can get the job done. While I can't say we've never had problems, issues are usually fixed relatively quickly. Downtime hasn't been extraordinary. Biggest complaint is the customer support, while there are phone numbers to call, the place is small and you don't always get somebody. Logging a complaint will get a response in less than a day, resolution in some form shortly thereafter.

My e-mail has been down for two weeks. There is absolutely no phone support and web support has been sporadic and has not fixed problem. I am angry at page zone and am considering talking to a lawyer. Im looking for a new hosting site today.
