Online Malls is the worst company you can go to. I have been trying to get my domain name transferred to another company and they will not allow me to do so. There contact information (fax and phone) is incorrect and you can not get through to anyone. This company is a scam.

I have been with them for close to 5 years. They were outstanding with minimum down time. For the past 6 months lots of downtime, lost information when they did backups. Alot of problems. I host 8 websites, so it means lots of work for me when these kinds of problems creep up. Today, I have been down for over 7 hours and have not been able to get in touch with support at all. Needless to say, I am shopping for a new hosting company.
