I went with Omnis a couple years ago on the recommendation of a colleague. WORST advice ever! Not only can they fail to meet their 99.9% uptime guarantee, when I confronted them about it with my pingdom reports, they had the gaul to tell me that I was not allowed to ping their servers.
I often got no response to my questions... you can never get through by phone, and when the servers are running, they're SLOW!
I instantly increased by ySlow performance score when I switched from Omnis to Bluehost, and am much happier with their customer service.
DO NOT USE OMNIS. They don't care about you, your site, or their business. You can find a lot of other shared hosts out there for $5.95/month or cheaper. I hope this review convinces someone not to go with this horrible company.

Really love the quality service that I get at Omnis. My site has been with them for a few years, and it has been smooth sailing throughout. I usually only have to call their tech support a few times each year when I am making changes, and its always quick and easy to deal with them. I recommend them to anyone who wants great service at a great price.

I've been with a few different web hosting companies, and now really happy that I have found Omnis Network. I had to ask help when I was setting up my site, so it was nice to be able to reach their tech support by email, phone, or chat. Even during the weekend I can find great support.

I have been with Omnis for two years now. My contract just ended, and I signed up again for another two year. I know they are the best because I have multiple site with other providers. Omnis has given me the best in terms of price, service, and uptime. I plan on moving my other sites over to Omnis when their contract are up.
Best thing about them is their customer support. Always easy to reach someone, and they know what they are doing and can solve my issues.
