For the last year, OLM servers have gone down 4 times, every time over 2 hours (and once as long as 5.5 hours). Customer service is horrible - your typical call center where the agents follow instructions to the letter and are unable to offer a valid explanation. "They are working on it" seems to be the #1 repeated phrase. Hold times for any phone call are always over 15 minutes. My advice - if you don't like Walmart, you won't like OLM.
