Network status page is the greatest, service is worse ever Well, the network status page is great, great for luring people into signing up. Our website went offline around 10:30 (gmt) this morning. Short time after I contacted the helpdesk: why wasn't I warned? Helpdesk: Well, you were warned. Idd, I got an email today stating that there was maintenance on the servers yesterday (??). Helpdesk: well, they started a little later. Great, very professional attitude. The helpdesk promised me that all service would be resumed in one hour. Status page: all is well. Two hours later. Still no website. Helpdesk: they are estimating that it should be back up and running in about 30 min from now. Status page: all is well. Almost 3 hours later. Still no website. Status page: all is well. 9 hours (!) later the service was restored!! It's the second time in a few month time, such problem has occured. My company has contracts with several hosting services. NEVER has something like this happ
