haven't had much problems with site or email servers going down like other reviews state, but when i needed help on a PHP Script that auto-installs using that Fantistico Deluxe on the CP, their not willing to help get it running, they say they don't do support on any scripts from a third-party, other hosts have still helped me out at least get the thing running for me, maybe not set it up or anything but to get it running on thier servers, time to move back to hostgator i guess.

They can't keep their sites up and their email servers go down. Their ability to deliver my email is hampered by ISPs blacklisting their outgoing servers for generating SPAM. You can't get anyone on the phone and I've been waiting TEN HOURS for them to respond to my "service ticket" on my inability to recieve emails from any address not hosted by them. When you try to leave their crappy service, they try to force you into buying an account with their registrar...

paid large amount ($250) upfront for supposedly lifetime account with $35 per year "maintenance". monthly fee jumped to $70 after first year and most features were taken away. reliability was horrible. servers were hacked several times. got rid of them a year ago. paid $20 to transfer out domain, but worth it for getting rid of these scamsters.

I have several accounts, been with Nomonthly fees for 6 months. Several freinds and I build websites and place them with Nomonthlyfees. There have been no issues at all with email, scripts and Cpanel. My clients are happy and recomended others. I feel this company overall enviroment is what you payfor and they deserve to get credit.

After years of relatively problem-free service, my website has gone down three times in the past six months for extended periods of time. In two of these cases, Nomonthlyfees claimed the backups were corrupted, causing me to have to re-build my site and lose years of database entries.
If you have a static site that can be easily re-built, this is the best bang for your buck, but otherwise it'll cost you tons of frustration and lost data

Pretty good. OK manual, Good number of features. Paid extra for ssh access (often broken). Customer service can be slow if the answer is not easy. They had a few major problems over the years I used them (down for a long time).

After a few years with this service, I've had enough. Most recently, my site was 'hijacked' by tech support. Apparently I had exceeded disk quota. Their control panel said I had 100+ MB to go, so I kept going. Their tech support answer was 'because you totally went way over... you messed up the counting system'. I now think that files under a subdomain aren't included under the control panel disk usage stats... Result was I pleaded (and received in fairness) for 15 min to delete my own stuff instead of them deleting my data on their own.
At the moment, getting this: Sorry for the inconvience! The root partition on this server is running out of disk space. Cpanel operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
Look at the other hosting companies. If they are worth their salt, they reply to the negative comments. From the reviews I have seen, nomonthlyfees.com has not yet replied to any review. Steer clear.
Moving ASAP, not another year of this.
