I have used multiple hosting companies and Nexcess takes the cake at being the most incompetent, unprofessional group of monkeys I have ever dealt with. My website has been down 10-15 times in the past 6 months and the answer I received is I don't know. I have a dedicated server with all the upgrades. Do your self a favor and stay far away, otherwise plan on losing a lot of money and your mind.
