Terrible Customer Service

It is always a pain when trying to get in touch with someone.
This company almost never is available by phone even though they claim 24-hour support.
Our site went down for hours at a time and it was always due to an issue that (I feel) should have been avoided with proper maintenance or monitoring (running out of disk space for example).
The self-service console tools they offer are buggy and they admit that some of the links don't work at all. One recent example is the cancellation of service form which throws an error upon submitting.
Go with another host.

Low-Grade

I stayed with these folks for quite awhile, but didn't have very good luck with them. Frequent outages that lasted many hours. Technical support phone seldom answered (and I tried it a lot), and if so, the tech at the other end didn't know enough to be of any assistance. The administrative phone number is just an answering machine. I've now moved on to an outstanding company, which I found on this website, and my experience supports their high rating.

Very bad customer service.
Tech Support for unusual problems may not receive any answer. Amministrative contact is really a rude and unpleasant person.

Don't know Cold Fusion at all

Each time I had a Cold Fusion account to setup, I had to walk the techs through settings for DSN's. They did not seem to understand the concept of Sessions, much less how the server-side settings affect other applications on the box. The final straw was when I found out that they had migrated to a new management system and neglected to turn on logging, and stated that I needed to request it... excuse me? I moved all of my accounts that day.
I would not call them the most incompetent techs in the world, but when a customer has to tell them how to set up their servers, something is wrong...
