Never before have I had the pleasure of doing business with a hosting company that holds up to their word. Service tickets under 15 mins? Try tickets responded to in under 10! Server uptime is decent, pricing is excellent, but remember who you go to for help when you really need it fast....these guys deliver the goods!

Shocking - stay away

Website is down weekly, customer service is fast, but doesnt actually fix any problems. Now their website has gone, and their domain name has expired... so who knows what that means for me and my website which has been down all day. Just save yourself the hassle and find an actual company that can host your website without constant problems.

It was so long ago I hardly remember. It wasn't much harder than getting my domain registered and sending a few e-mails to Martfox.com to get my DNS addresses to add. I got me root password and could either go directly to a console or use Webmin. I Know they have CPanel, but this is working fine for me.
I believe in Martfox Internet Services and their team. They have never let me down. They are solid as a rock. A+ for them from me. Thanks.
