Their hosting services are the best value for the price. I don't think you will find a cheaper price then there's. To host 10 websites under $20 per month, what more can you ask? Plus their bandwidth restrictions are quite high.
If you are serious about reliability and availability then stop being so cheap and pony up the cash (ie go out to discountasp.net and pay $15/month for 1 website) and quite your complaining. Most sites that are hosted at m6.net are non critical websites meaning that they are primarily hobby websites or websites that can afford to be down for 1/2 hour to an hour. If you are a reseller and can't afford to be down, then go for a more expensive hosting company. For me, I've been with m6.net for over 2 years and so far they have NOT been as incompetent as some of the reviewers here claim them to be. Yes, expect a 1 day turnaround for any support issues raised. But once the site is setup and configured, it usually is okay. I host 10 websites and none of my clients have ever complained about availability. Well, maybe I'm one of the luckier customers

I have my account with them, and for the past two years I had been suffering with the crap they were giving me. Today I am relived I had ultimately taken a discussion after almost 100 mails to their supprt people, And I had to request despite the fact that I had all my dues duly paid.
Their sport staff insisted me to pay $66, I also Sent him a communication I had with their MD Michael Guilfoyal michaelg@m6.net
My Client sent them a mail, and their Mr. Rakesh without getting to the depth of the incident sent a mail to my client that this domain is down because of Non Payment. I almost Lost the Client, I had to immidiatly setup another account with four times more cost then I charged to get out of this situation.
They are Not Bothered about any bodies reputation, they are not bothered about their own words and they are not ready to talk to understand if the other person is right.
Their Mr. Ben Feels He is doing favour to us by hosting our accounts. But They really Need to be taught now that A Customer is GOD, which they have forgotten.
I think its time for them to wrap up.

I bought the basic windows package with sql server. It took a day to have my account ready. I got an error when I tried to create the database. They eventually created but their sql web management was down and I coudn't connect to their sql server via management studio. I asked for help, all they wanted were more screen shots. After 3 days of sending screen shots, I finally asked for a refund and they said no problem but it will take 60 days. I would not recommend M6.net to anyone!

Waste of time and money

It was quickly apperent that we wouldn't use this host for long as their support was worthless form the start. We applied for a refund as guaranteed on signing up. Later they said the refund would be paid two months later. When that didn't happen they didn't answer any emails and the credit card company said the transaction was too long past. Don't trust these people and their promises.

M6.net's Refund policy is a scam. After sending them an email requesting to cancel my account, not once did they acknowledge it. Of course, they didn't bother to tell me that they had to "acknowledge" my cancel request before it was considered "valid". One email and two support tickets we're sent. It wasn't until AFTER my thirty day trail was up that they notified my that "I" didnt' submit the request right. BEWARE!!!

I hardly ever do this,but STAY away from M6. This is the absolute worst Hosting Company. I've put my email out there. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Not Reliable, and Dishonest. What else can you say ? Run don't walk away from these people.

M6.net plain sucks.
This year had ALL my sites down for four weeks (of course they didn't refund me anything), but that’s not all, they used to be average (I mean 5 out of 10) but now they are just helpless, support takes forever, they can't fix anything quick and most of the time they don't even know what you are talking about, I don't know if they are stupid or just lazy. Every week at least one issue arises (without me doing any changes of course). I have all kinds of problems, email suddenly stop sending and/or receiving, my databases MS SQL and MySQL stop accepting connections, my sites go offline very often, I use a custom dll which becomes unregistered every time there is another problem, I have to restore MY OWN backups for the sites since they are totally unable to restore a working copy after a failure.... anyway you get the idea.
So, run run RUN away from this awful company as I'm doing now. Don't wait until they ruin your business.

Flat out Fraud

I decided to give M6.net a try and I have regretted it since...
Signup is easy and it took about a day to get my first site setup there. It is a really basic html site... Then I decided it was time to move a .NET site with a MS SQL db over and that is when the entertainment started.
Something went wrong with the SQL setup and I decided that since I had two available, I would just delete one and create the second.
It took two months to get the first DB to delete and then they server had some issue which toasted the second. Making the site dead. I got a notice the next day (it was down for 16 hours) that they had some issue and all clients on that server had to check for errors...
16 hours, then I get a message? Thank God it was not a site servering anything!!!!
So after this I was finished with M6.net. I canceled my account at the end of July (85 days after sign up). They pro-rate the hosting fee after 30 days and up to 90. Since I was within the TOS, I figured it would be a week or two before I got a refund.
I have 6 emails now saying "it will take a week". It has been 7 weeks and still no refund and they still keep telling me "it will be a week".
My advice, run don't walk away from this group of scam artists.
btw - If you see this same review on other sites, its because I am spreading the word....

Our database went down over 3 days ago, and we still haven't been able to contact ANYBODY over there. Dozens of phone calls, emails, support tickets - And STILL haven't heard back from anybody. Our site is STILL down and who knows when/if they're going to get off their butt to help us. STAY AWAY!

I selected M6 for a client because they were very cost conscious.. and now all I do is spend all day responding to the client because the server is down. This happens a couple of times a week.. no joke. If anyone wants to know anything about these bunms.. fee free to email me at the address above.
I'll move this site elsewhere ASAP.. even if I have to eat the cost. If you're a developer these guys make you look REAL bad. There's absolutely no support and customer service is miserable. I had one of their support tell me that my site being down was my problem not his. Unbelievable!!
