I am very disappointed about the very poor replies I receive from the Email Online support. At least the replies used to be presented in a clear list. Now sentences are are thown into a wild blog. The telephone support is nil. The staff makes little effort to understand the questions, respond adequately by email and it is getting worse.
I am not able to do any decent business with such back-up and I am resigned to just concentrate on the sites hosted with other companies instead. Lately, my site opened in the wrong add-on site. Then I was blamed for not using the CPanel properly in conjunction with Dreamweaver and I received no positive help. I also became very depressed when I read the tutorial on Outlook Express. It has not been updated for a long time and, unless you have time to spend hours reading unrelated old information, I cannot think of a worse scenario for anybody who needs support.
