We purchased a custom dedicated hosting package. Though the price was pretty good, every thing else sucked. 4 days after paying, we still dont have our account information or access to our server. Initially they responded prettly quickly to our ticket, but after 2-3 iterations later, the tickets were never answred.

We picked this company after looking at reviews on the web and for their price. But our experience with them so far is totally and extremely unsatisfactory.

We are going to ask for a full refund since we were very unhappy with Lunar Pages.

Some of the rating we provided above are not applicable to us yet, since we havent seen any movement on our hosting package.
