I just started with a company that is hosted by Lunar Pages (Looney Pages is more like it). My predecessor never did backups of our site or db, so i paid LP to restore a db table for me.

They took my credit card information and a week later they told me that they were unable to restore my db table, as they had lost all backup information during a server maintenance routine!

No 24/7 support. They are on California time, so i have to wait until 11am to even try to call someone. I have waited 12, 23, and 18 minutes for phone support. Their forums show that others have waited 50 minutes before giving up.

When the DO answer the phone, you get level 1 support, which means they have no idea what you are talking about.

I'm not sticking around to find out what else is wrong...
