Lunarpages' has been a fantastic web host ever since I moved my website from a limited web host that only permitted HTML pages.

Lunarpages' provides everything I needed to build my web site and several other web sites as well. Throughout the years, they have increased their offerings in features, bandwidth, and disk space for no extra charge. Their support has been fantastic and helpful. I haven't had any serious down time nor any that was noticeable (apart from the occasional server reboot which may only last a minute or so).

Overall, Lunarpages' is a fantastic web host and I'm glad I have my web site hosted with them.

First of all, they have no defense period against DOS attacks. If you are running a retail business, you are going to kill your sales going with them. Search engines will hate your site because it is constantly down.

Second, they suspend your site without warning you ahead of the time, which really sucks if you run a 24/7 web site that has customers and search engine spiders constantly looking at your site.

Basically, they are a complete irresponsible hosting company that should never be allowed to host any quality sites. If you want quality, go use pair.com

I don't want to completely bash lunarpages, their email support and phone support are pretty good. but man, they need to work on these other details..

I have been greatly satisfied with their customer service and the uptime record of lunarpages.

Any email account through the domain name hosted on this site regularly looses messages without a trace. Clients are angry or have been completely lost as a direct result of lunarpages not being able to keep email working and not even able (or willing) to say when it has lost something. My web site has been down all most all day today -- and this has happened many times in the few months that I have been with them. I tried to contact the company through its web site -- and it is also down! For the last week, I have been receiving tons of spam -- all from the same spammer -- who appears to have broken through their security (if there is any) and gotten all my email addresses. Worse, the spammer is now sending emails to others, spoofing MY email addresses as the source. Lunarpages response has been to do absolutely nothing! If you want to ruin your business in a couple of short months, this seems to be an easy way to do it.

I've been with LunarPages Webhosting since May 2003 when I purchased my first Linux-based hosting account on gardening. I later got a second account (then called shuttle and now called basic). When the Enterprise plan was released, I purchased an account for it for my growing gardening site. Later, I re-focused my attention to doing movie reviews and opened a dedicated server account with them for that site. Throughout this time, I've had very reliable service. Whenever I've had any questions, they've been answered promptly either in tickets on the desk or on Lunarforums. Lunarpages is the best web host for the prices, which are unbelievably low.

Ive been with Lunarpages for ~8months and have been recieving the up most respect and service from lunarpages. Any questions I have are answered in a timely manner and the service provided is excellent.

i dont know anything about using websites, but when one of my employees told me we needed to have PHP/MySQL to have the website we wanted, i had to find somewhere with it, i went to lunarforums (the help forum provided by lunarpages) and told them my needs, and i also e-mail another 4 or 5 hosting companies to ask a few questions and ask if they could help me.

lunarofurms gave me all the answers, PLUS sent me to tutorials, PLUS upgraded my plan 3 maybe 4 times free of charge, PLUS answered the 1 only support issue i had in 5 maybe 10 minutes, anyone who doesn't give these a try i can honestly say is an idiot.

Ive been with lunarpages over 3 years hosting a variety of sites ranging from a full gaming network, graphics design, to php based games. The uptime that Lunarpages has provided me is outstanding along with their support. I do recommend them.

I've been using them to host my Business site for more than 2 years and I've been a very happy customer!

They had some DDOS attacks last year, but they handled them in the best possible manner.
