Unjustified account suspension

Last week tech support suspended (without
warning) all access because they thought someone had broken into my accounts. They
had not. They showed me ftp commands from
a system log they claimed were from a
"forbidded background process" which matched
exactly an ftp command I was running in a
cron script. I pointed them to the script,
but they (falsely) claimed that they ftp
command was not from there. I was finally
able to get them to admit that I was doing
nothing wrong, that my cron script violated
no terms-of-service, and that they hoped
that I "understood". This after trying to
convince my that all my pcs at home were
infected with trojans or viruses, that that
someone had probably stolen the passwords
to all my accounts. See Ticket 174030 for
all the details. I won't be staying with
Lonex... ignorant tech support, no
control of email spam filtering, no
anonymous ftp, no web drive support, etc.
