I'm always happy to give the talented and approachable folks over at LFC a shout-out to the industry. You guys are one in a million. Most folks out there don't have a clue about the IT world, and very few IT firms are patient or even vaguely personable with the low-tech or no-tech population that make up a large percentage of their client base. It's a pity really, but it's a sad, firm fact we've had proven to us again and again. LFC is the embodiment of what a good IT firm is and is possessed of that rare quality that makes a good company great - excellent service that leaves the customer feeling empowered, cared for and important.
