Complete Lack of Customer Support

First, instead of contacting my client to get a new credit card expiration date, they took down their site without notice and placed a message on the domain that the site was taken down due to nonpayment. Now, some type of malware has taken over the site and there is no phone number or working email to contact them!
I cannot say enough bad things about this company.

My client's website, email, webmail, etal. have been down for almost two business days and there is no way to contact the company!
I believe they are having a total melt down of their servers, as their online support ticket is not functioning, nor is their "live help." There is no phone number, email or any other way to get ahold of them.
I have advised my client to find a new host immediately.
